Bill Masuku is an African comic book artist and writer born in Harare, Zimbabwe in 1993. He is the creator of comic books Razor-Man, Welcome to Dead World, and Captain South Africa. In the urban fantasy genre, he is the author of the Misfortunism series. His artwork has appeared in galleries around southern Africa and he has been a guest speaker at events such as MCM London Comic Con, FanCon Cape Town, Comic Con Africa, and Harare Literature Festival.

I am currently a story artist for Kugali Media and available for freelance and contract work in the following capacities: storyboard artist and a storyboard revisionist for film and animation, 2D game asset illustrator.

My focus areas are character design, storyboarding, concept art, and 2D game asset design. I have chosen these areas because I have been in love with comic books, cartoons, anime, manga, and gaming since my youth. They are part and parcel of my identity, and wholly fuel my passion with each project I endeavor. I am actively conscious of my brand and whom I align my work with, in an effort to developing African visual literature, the southern African comic book community, and furthering my career opportunities in animation, video games, and comic books.
